Nowadays, thanks to the development of Internet, we are exposed to a vastocean of information. Some argue that so much information brings a great benefitto our life and study. But for me, the experience with surfing Internet leads meto believe that accessing much information cause more problems than itsolves.

——————————————————————————————

Perhaps no issue in this world is as significance to students as education.Despite various responses people may have on the topic concerning the issueregarding which thing should the education aim at. I, given the chance, preferto endorse that preparing for careers should have primary consideration.

Perhapsno issue in this world is as significance to students aseducation。 Perhaps no issue in this world is as significanceto就是一个模板,更厉害的是下一句!Despite various responses people may have on the topicconcerning the issue regarding which thing should the education aimat.

In a modern society, people always face the dilemma to choose whether AAAor BBB. This problem is the much debated one in that it affects everybody intheir daily lives. People may prefer one to another although some may have noopinions about it at all. Before rendering my opinion, I think it is necessaryto take a glance at the arguments of both sides.

It is quite easy for average people to choose BBB because of the obviousreason that—. It can be given by a well known example that

But at the mean time, although BBB has some advantages, it also has manydrawbacks such as —. Therefore we have no complete evidence to suggest that BBBis always better than AAA. What is more, the innate quality of AAA,unfortunately, is often underestimated; in other words,if you notice theinvisible benefits of choosing AAA, you can understand AAA more deeply

Here I would explain a few of the most important reasons. The main reasonis that —. To illustrate this, there is an appropriate example that is verypersuasive: -

— is only part of the important aspects, and another equally significantrole of choosing AAA lies in the development of —.

This demonstrates the undeniable fact that —.

Besides, the further reason why I advocate AAA is that —. This may explainwhy —.

In addition, some experts maintain that —-. This significant point,however, is often not noticed by most people and accordingly, is unconsciouslyoverlooked

Finally, as a proverb says, “Everything has two sides”. Although I admitthat there are a couple of advantages of —-, I still think that thedisadvantages of it are more obvious. Such as —, —-, and —-. This demonstratesthat we have no complete evidence to suggest that BBB is always better thanAAA

If all the factors above are considered, we will find out that theadvantages of AAA outweigh those of BBB. Therefore from what we have discussed,we may safely come to the conclusion that choosing AAA is a rather wisedecision. But I have not denied the opinion that choosing BBB. I must admit thatpeople can do well without AAA, but no one can ignore the added convenience andsatisfaction offered by AAA. Such experience will definitely be helpful in one’slater life。

In a modern society, people always face the dilemma to choose whetherAAA or BBB. Beforerendering my stand, I think it is essential to take a glance at the argument onboth sides.

1. 确定文章主体框架结构,包括引出观点和总结观点的词汇,句式,这个可能是网大多数模板的水平;

2. 确定论证过程的框架,每个支持段落都有各自的论证模式,举例,因果,对比等,确定到论证的逻辑引导词上;

3. 通过改写句子,采用合适的词汇代替以上两步的成果;

Asked what Chinawill do to rescue the world from financial turmoil, its officials these dayshave a boilerplate answer:its greatest contribution will be to keep its owneconomy running smoothly. Do you agree or disagree with the followingstatement? Many teachers assign homework to students every day. Do you thinkthat daily homework is necessary for students? Use specific reasons and detailsto support your answer. Asked what teachers will do to improvetheir students, the response in high schools have a boilerplate answer:thegreatest contribution of homework will be to keep its their studentsappreciating their knowledge entirely.

Asked what ……will do to ……, the response in ……have a boilerplateanswer:the greatest contribution of ……will be to keep its their…….

Further evidence of emerging markets’potential comes from the experience of Britain’s AstraZeneca inChina. Further evidence of ……comes from theexperience of ……in ……. Not only does ……come from theexperience of ……in ……., but (also) evidence of ……subsequently(further)prove……

South Korea’s capital city now has been named their most favoredtravel destination two years in row, according to the report, as 11.4 percent ofthe Chinese, 9.8 percent of the Japanese, and an overwhelming 20.0 percent ofthe Thai expressed their preference for Seoul, toppling cities like Tokyo, Parisand Honolulu in the survey. 这里面我们就可以把这个句子直接提炼为模板…… now has been named their mostfavored ……two years in row, according to the report, as 11.4 percent of the ……,9.8 percent of the ……, and an overwhelming 20.0 percent of the ……expressed theirpreference for ……, toppling cities like …, …and …in thesurvey.

至于末段的模板则是有一些讲究的,但是当老师看了无数篇作文和《经济学人The.Economist》的文章之后,无老师开始反思我们很多学生写的“After ruminating over all these factors, ”“It is more advantageous for us tomake decision alone,”“As far as I am concerned, I come to the notionthat”这类作文结尾,是否是一种符合欧美人思维的文章,因为你只要稍微把经济学人的文章找几篇文章的结尾看一下就会知道,其实这里面绝大多数时候,都是以罗列多方观点作为末段的开头。

In times of an economic crisis, in which area should governments reduce itsspending? 1. Arts 2. Scientific research 3. Parks and public gardens.

During an economic crisis, governments face difficult choices of monetaryallocation with reduced budgets. In this challenging time, it is of vitalimportance for policy-makers to recognize the effectiveness of policy-making oncertain social services or programs such as arts, scientific research and parkand public gardens. If a choice has to be made, in my opinion, the governmentshould reduce its spending on arts.

To begin with, in times of an economic crisis, it is significant forpolicy-makers to recognize the necessity of investing in scientific researchbecause it exerts a far-reaching effect. If the financial crisis leads tosubstantial cuts in funding for scientific research by governments, it will bedifficult to muster investment for a public good, like clean air, or forextremely risky initiatives, such as novel approaches to new antibiotic drugs,or in areas where the outcome is uncertain. As a matter of fact, technologicalinnovation, biomedical breakthroughs, and tackling pressing environmental issuesall require sustained scientific development, from basic discovery to finalapplication. Investing in research is investing in the future, and it requires along-term commitment to the accumulation of knowledge, the testing of basicprinciples, and the translation of these discoveries into practical applicationsthat impact everyday life. Consequently, governments ought to attach moreimportance to the scientific studies so as to develop world class research baseand conduct crucial scientific projects.

Furthermore, funding for parks and public gardens provides an opportunityfor people to engage in physical activities, which is considerably beneficial tohealth. Nowadays, due to the sedentary lifestyle and unhealthy eating diet,overweight and obesity are epidemic problems across the world, and relatedconditions are on the rise. A primary focus of attention is providingenvironment where people can be physically active. Parks offer such anopportunity. In addition, health studies have shown that people who do regularexercise get a range of benefits when they are in natural settings, like parksand public gardens. These benefits include reduced risk of premature death;reduced risk of heart disease, hypertension, cancer; improved maintenance ofmuscle strength; weight loss and favorable redistribution of body fat; improvedphysical functioning. Therefore, when governments allocate fiscal spending onparks such as well-designed and well-maintained paths as well as attractivescenery, people can substantially improve their health and quality of life bydoing moderate amounts of physical activity in their daily lives.

Undeniably, if governments pay more attention to investment in art, peoplecan enrich inner world as a diverse and productive cultural environment canprovide the spirit and important intangible values. However, in times of crisis,people usually lay emphasis on basic needs instead of spiritual needs. As aresult, the importance of material comforts outweighs that of nourishment forthe mind and it does not mean that people’s quality of life will be dramaticallyaffected if governments cut budget on art and provide less financial support onart institutions. In a sense, it will not directly influence people’s life atleast in a short term because people rarely need to satisfy their aestheticneeds everyday. Therefore, compared with scientific research and park and publicgardens, art is least associated with people’s daily life and it needs lessconcern.

From what has been discussed above, scientific studies serve the commoninterest of the entire human race and doing exercise in parks and public gardensconstitutes an indispensable part of daily life. It is more applicable andreasonable to cut down spending on art in the times of an economic crisis.

In a word, studying only limited courses will be supportive for students’physical and mental growth as well as their future careers.

High school students are required to study many different subjectsat same time or they should study only three or four subject at a time, which doyou agree?

As for me, studying only three or four subjects appears to be a betterchoice and the listed reasons and examples will support what I believe.

To begin with, current young students have been under enormous pressure,doing great harm to their growth, and there is no need to impose too muchpressure on them. To be more specific, to strengthen students’ futurecompetitiveness in the society, most schools have expected to forge students’various capacities since they were young by arranging a huge number ofcurriculums. What an ordinary high school student has to experience in hisone-day school life can demonstrate how depressed and exhausted present highschool students are. Getting up as early as 6AM has become common in recent twodecades. Afterwards, a whole-day study will include various compulsory andoptional courses like Mathematics that leads to intellectual stimulation orHistory that demands students to attempt to memorize historic events andrelative effects as many as possible. When class is over, it is still far awayfrom ending one-day study since lots of assignments such as the short essays orscientific researches need to be finished. Evidently, students suffer from thehuge pressure from study, leading many of them to wear glasses at a young ageand to be drained physically and mentally everyday. Thus, students are notsupposed to be ordered to study many courses at a time.

To be followed, the inadequacy of enough leisure time will contributestudents to have no chances to engage in what they interested in. High schoolstudents are still involved in an age during which they should exploit their owninterests to decide which area they will choose when going to college in theirnear future. However, like I mentioned in the previous statement, to meet therequirements set by school; students have no option but to immerse themselves ina number of assignments and the freedom to pursue their own hobbies has beendeprived. It is known to all that interest plays a leading role in assistingpeople to choose their future career and a recent released statistic in a surveyconducted by Beijing Human Resource General Bureau indicates that approximately67 percent of college undergraduates switch their professions from theirmajor-related areas to what they are truly interested in their third year aftergraduation. In addition, many of the respondents claim that they are notsatisfied with the current educational system, requiring students to study awide range of curriculums, because it entirely downplays the importance ofcultivating students’ hobbies and they believe that the earlier students candiscover their interest, the more setbacks they can avoid when choosing futuremajors in the university and upcoming professors after graduation. A friend Iknow named Andy refused to become a mechanical engineer since he was bored tostay in the office building and finally chose to become a teacher in aeducational institute since he can apply his passion and extrovert personalityinto the profession. Accordingly, student should be given more opportunities todevelop their own hobbies to explore what they love.

Do you agree or disagree high-school students are required to study manydifferent subjects at same time or they should study only three or four subjectsat a time.

Teenagers are in the prime time of their life. What they learn in thisperiod is a huge factor in determining their whole life. To make better use ofthis valuable time, some educators advocate that students are supposed to studyas many subjects as possible at a time. However, I don’t think it is a smartmove. Instead, studying three or four subjects at a time would serve thembetter.

To begin with, only three or four subjects at a time ensure that studentshave enough time and energy to make further research in each of these fields. Itallows them to bite deeply into these subjects, thus gaining the whole pictureof a certain field in their mind rather than just a smattering of knowledge. Itis not hard to imagine what they would suffer when they have too many things intheir plate. They would find themselves wrestling with complex chemicalformulas, intertwined history events and distinctions between invertebrates andamphibians on the same very day. In consequence, they would end up withspreading themselves too thin and cannot gain a deeper understanding in any ofthe fields.

Besides, when students are allowed to choose three or four subjects at atime based on their own interest, they would performer better without under ahuge amount of mental pressure. As an old saying goes, interest is the bestteacher. When what they learn really appeal to them, they are more keen on theirschool work. On the contrary, if they are forced to learn too many subjects at atime, chances are that they not only cannot be guaranteed with good grade butalso get upset and frustrated. Things may get even worse when they find some ofthese subjects are extremely bothersome and annoying. I have experienced thesuffering. When I was in high school, history was the most difficult one for me.Those intertwined history events, exact dates of those events, and variouscomplex names of important figures involved in them just drove me crazy. Whenthe finals were just around the corner, I always burnt mid-night oil to hithistory books, feeling so tense and stressed up. So only when students spendtheir time on just three or four subjects that truly attractive to them can theyget good grade on each subject and enjoy their high-school time happily.

What cannot be denied is that there are such versatile brainiacs who canhandle with so many subjects at the same time without any difficulty. However,only a small fraction of students are in this line. For most of the students inhigh school, three or four subjects at a time are more acceptable and effectivefor their study.

To sum up, I am on the board with the idea that students will benefit morefrom taking just three or four subjects at a time.
