1 背诵素材相似会受很大的影响

每次题库出来后，中国雅思老师会让学生背诵相关素材的习惯。

W考官说最近考的一个题目是外国食物，如果第一次听到一个学生说斯里兰卡的食物，虽然语言别扭，也会给他6分。

但是，如果第二个学生也说斯里兰卡，不好意思，就是5.5分。

第三个学生说斯里兰卡，5分。

虽然口语不考task response，但是考官可以在lexical resources的评分部分打低分。

2 从你的回答的细节当中可以听出你是否是背的素材

W考官说那个问题回答斯里兰卡没有问题，问题是描述斯里兰卡的细节(包括用词，句子)等如果是差不多，基本上就是认定是背诵无疑。

特别是有一些表达，本身就很中式，譬如说speaking of traveling to another country… I want to talkabout…(no body talks that way… it’s like you’ve written it on a piece of paperand reading it right off… Also, we’ve heard “speaking of blah blah blah, I wantto talk about blah blah blah too many times)

在此给出的建议：背诵一些优秀的答案的确是有助益的，但需要注意两点，一是尽量把memorizedanswer内化，即变成你思想的一部分或你自己平时讲话的一部分;二是在背诵之后，至少要能用三种不同的方式来复述一遍。能做到这两条的考生就能把memorization变作一件有意义的事情!

Interesting topic indeed and I thank you for the chance to let me talkabout a method or way I personally apply to save money. Well, I use a personalaccounting application on my mobile phone and enter my monthly earnings andexpenditures on a daily basis. This is an accounting software for the smartphone users. It is quiteintuitive and easy to use- does not require someone to know the basics ofaccounting. I have found it a very handyapplication that enables me to enter my earnings, expenses, shows variouscomprehensive reports and possible areas where I can expense less and savemoney. For instance, at the end of a month, I noticed that I have spent morethan 700 dollars on taxi fair and that was quite alarming. I would never havenoticed that without this application and from the next month I have devisedother plans to reduce my monthly transportation costs.

I am not sure if this application is widely used or not, but using somesort of personal accounting software, mobile applications or using a notebook totally the earning and expenses is rather a common method. I had my doubtinitially whether I would be benefitted from this method. But after a fewmonths, I started realising that it was helping me immensely. As a salariedemployee, my earning remains almost the same in each month but the expenses varyto a great extent.
